To get a
hotfix, submit
a request and
make sure you provide your eGain Support
account number in the form.
Hotfixes will normally be sent to
you through email within 24 hours
of receipt of your request. If your
request is urgent, please follow up
with a call to your regional support
team to have your request expedited.
